A focus on service - All our suppliers have an exceptional track record of service, receiving an Excellent rating on Trustpilot and other review sites. There is no point using an unreliable supplier as it can often result it in additional costs due to delays or even transactions falling through.
The highest standards - They adhere to the highest standards in the their profession whether they are CLC regulated conveyancers or RICS certified surveyors.
A range of budgets - We try to provide suppliers for a range of budgets. We know it can be a stretch buying your first house and so money can be tight. While some of our suppliers do charge less than the average we ensure they maintain the same level of quality we expect from our other suppliers.
Never more expensive - We ensure that our partners never charge the customer more than if they went direct, and even in some cases we can get the product at a discount to you through our cashback scheme.
